Alice Bowmaker
Journey inwards to unleash your feminine power | Tuesday 11th January @9am
Alice has been a Yoga Instructor for 7 years and Personal Trainer for 8 years and blends ancient practices with modern forms of fitness, favouring a cyclical approach to tailor it to the needs of women.
She specializes in Strength Training for beginners, Pre-Post Natal Fitness, Healing your relationship with your body, Exercising in sync with your cycle, Meditation & yoga for beginners and teaching you how to exercise and meditate by yourself. She works with women 1-2-1 in East London & online, as well as on retreats and funded projects with her not for profit called We Create Change.

Lauren Hughes
Build your Brand Foundations | Tuesday 11th January @10am
Lauren is the founder of Affinity and the owner of LaHu Brand Visibility.
When she's not hosting our fabulous, fun (not at all traditional) networking sessions, she's photographing awesome women in business; helping them connect with their inner confidence and coaching them through showing up with authenticity in their brand.

Faye is an award winning designer, working in the design industry for 20 years following on from her degree. She started her career in animation, designing title sequences, commercials and in-programme graphics for clients such as BBC, ITV and The Discovery Channel.
For the past 10 years, Faye has run her own company Faye Brown Designs specialising in branding design. She also teaches classes on Skillshare with over 80,000 students taking her classes.
She loves working with small businesses or individuals helping them navigate the importance of branding in their business. She lives and works in Hampshire, is mum to 2 children, helps coach her son's football team and loves to travel (when restrictions allow!).

Sarah Davis is The Parenting Copywriter, specialising in writing copy for parenting, baby, educational and coaching businesses. She understands the power of niching to inspire trust and confidence and to attract dream clients.
Sarah is a former primary school teacher, with over 20 years of experience of working with children and parents. She's also the author of 'Baby Daze,' recommended in 'Mother & Baby' magazine's '3 of the best funny books' feature.
This led to doing talks for large audiences of new and expectant parents, radio interviews and being featured in other national magazines, as well as learning skills in marketing and promotion.
As The Parenting Copywriter, Sarah has worked with clients in the UK and overseas, writing website copy, blogs, landing pages, press pitches and press release statements. She wrote a press release statement which resulted in one of her clients being interviewed live on BBC 2 TV News, with a full business plug.
