The Theme of this years Summit Live is all around PERMISSION because it makes me crazy when I see us putting ourselves second and third in our own lives. It makes my fists clench knowing that we don't feel we can speak up to get our needs met and it infuriates me when we don't ask for what we want.

 

Why? Because truly, living the life we want and deserve begins when we learn that to ask for what we want and need. It's not only ok but it's our obligation as kind, giving, empathetic women to ask for it because we are the change makers and when our businesses thrive, so too does the world.

 

Day one focuses on laying the strong foundations by shifting your mindset and bolstering your confidence by learning to trust yourself.

 

Day two is all about building a business that is based on YOU and not heavily influenced by external sources.

 

And day three is about getting this new version of you and your business visible!! It's ongoing to be a journey ladies and I can't wait to go there with you!

Workshop Overview

In this workshop you’re going to get a better understanding of what happens to you and your business if you’re ignoring your personal needs as an empathetic, caring and giving type. You’ll learn how you can identify your personal needs, implement them in your daily routine with simple tools and techniques and what a powerful and positive impact it’s going to have in your business, for your clients and those around you.

Instead of running and hustling due to a hectic work environment and sensory overload, surrounded by its natural pressures, you’ll find ways of slowing down and looking inward.

After this workshop you know how to fill your own cup and to recognize your unique needs, so that you have enough energy to follow your desire and passion to help people.

Having trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), she can also help you identify and reframe negative thinking patterns that can help you become more positive and resilient in the face of life's challenges. She’s also known as the hydration police so make sure to bring your bottle of water with you for the workshop, cause she’s definitely going to check on that 🙂

This workshop will introduce you to the concept of cycles and cyclical working. We will consider how these have an impact on you and your business. From this we shift how we think about our wellbeing, creativity and business growth.

We find out how to run a truly sustainable business with our wellbeing at the front and centre. Lou will share practical ways to integrating cycles with your work and talk about the next steps for you to take to work this way to optimise not just your business, but your life and relationships. You will leave with permission to work YOUR WAY.

Lou is a Cyclical Living Mentor. Having been told she would never have a child at 25 due to PCOS, Lou started a journey of healing. Over the last 12 years, this has led to qualifications as an advanced Hatha yoga teacher and menstrual cycle awareness mentor. With this new knowledge, she saw cycles have an impact on everything including the way we work. Her focus now is mentoring soul led female entrepreneurs to optimise their businesses with their cycles in mind. She works 1:1 with clients and hosts a virtual co working community called the Productivity POD. She lives on the south coast of the UK and is a Mum to a five year old son.

Workshop Overview

Many people experience self-doubt. We might prefer it wasn’t there, but it is completely human and not necessarily too problematic. However, for some of us this self-doubt clings to us and it starts to affect when, why and how we show up in our work and in our personal lives. Our ways of coping are often the things that unwittingly keep us stuck and the idea that “I can feel good enough/confident/relaxed when….” never comes.

This workshop delves into the psychology behind your self-doubt and sheds light on the real reason we can feel so inadequate. We look at what is really keeping you stuck and importantly, the steps and strategies you need to take to help you break free from self-doubt and move closer to the life and business you want.

Workshop Overview

Self sabotage is not always as obvious as you think it might be. What we believe, how we think and the subsequent actions we take can become so familiar to us that we don't stop to question them. The problem occurs when these things begin to get in the way of what we want. We find ourselves frustrated and despondent about the direction our business is taking, not realising that we may be the ones getting in the way of our own success.

 

Awareness is the catalyst to change, by shining the light on this stuff, puts you back in the driving seat, we can only change what we can see!

Em will take you through a process of identifying where you could be self sabotaging, she will talk about the key triggers to self sabotage and how to recognise these, putting you back in control. She will share some of the key thinking patterns linked to self sabotage and offer ways for you to transform these so that they are no longer keeping you stuck.
